“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” ― Carl R.
It's lovely to meet you here. I'm a BACP- regsitered Relational Integrative therapist, and my aim is to offer a space where you feel genuinley accepted, understood, and never judged. I currently only offer online sessions only across the UK. Therapy with me isnt about being told what's 'wrong' with you, it's about making sense of your experiences, understanding the patterns you've developed to cope, and helping you reconnect with the person you want to be. I believe our minds and bodies are deeply connected, which is why I take a holistic approach to wellbeing and I look at attchment issues based upon your childhood relationships & adult relationships where we can look together at how this has formed your inner crictic and behaviour. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma - you don't need to have it all figured out before starting counselling. You just need a space where you can begin. Welcome to The Mindful Cove.
Stress is a natural response to life's demands, but when it becomes constant or overwhelming, it can lead to burnout. You may find yourself feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, struggling to switch off, or no longer enjoying the things you once did. Left unaddressed, chronic stress and burnout can contribute to anxiety, low mood, depression, sleep difficulties, and a sense of losing yourself.
Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to slow down and understand what is driving your stress.
Online therapy offers a flexible and convenient way to access support from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you feel most at ease. For many people, it removes barriers such as travel, busy schedules, childcare, or location, making it easier to prioritise their mental wellbeing.
Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face counselling for many concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. Sessions provide the same confidential, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions, helping you gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
